The NLTFPD has been providing all risk services to the communities of Incline Village and Crystal Bay for fifty years. We have felt the growing pains for service delivery throughout the years but have adapted where needed and will continue to progress and promote change when required. Our community support allows us to provide the services that we do. Our most valuable asset for making sure this is done in a manner that elicits professionalism, knowledge, skills and abilities is our personnel. The NLTPFD employees are informed, proficient, compassionate, and true care givers of the community. As a team, we will continue to research and evolve with the community we serve, applying the most current technology in the industry while acquiring the latest in equipment to support our community and those in the surrounding area.
