Tahoe Integrated Information Management System

The TIIMS Toolbox is a set of web-based tools designed to assist in the collaborative process for agencies in the Lake Tahoe basin. These tools perform a specific task and were identified either during the conceptual phase of TIIMS or as part of the Pathway process. Bibliographic Tool

The Bibliographic Tool houses bibliographic references. The TIIMS Team is constantly updating these bibliographic references through documents submitted to TIIMS as well as through agency personnel. You are welcome to add your own references to this valuable tool.

Collaboration Tool

The Collaboration Tool is our most popular tool. This is the area where you can access password protected workspace sites on TIIMS. These workspaces allow groups to collaborate on documents, calendars, tasks, and time lines.

Monitoring Tools

Public Review Upload

The Public Review Upload tool allows trained agency personnel to upload documents for public comment and review.

TIIMS Metadata Search

Metadata is descriptive data that is organized and succinct. The TIIMS web site takes advantage of metadata for describing files, bibliographic references, projects, and organizations and agencies. Using the Metadata Search tool allows you to narrows down your search to just the information loaded on TIIMS.

Upload to Library

The Upload to Library tool allows personnel from any agency to upload documents to the public facing side of TIIMS. (By contrast, the Collaboration Tool allows users to share documents with colleges in a password protected workspace.) This tool is available to employees at any agency, but does require a login.
